The business was founded by Robert Liss, Executive Vice President of Clipper Magazine, where he has been associated for 14 years. Rob's passion to give back to the community comes from the life-changing experiences that have occurred in his family through his daughter Nicki’s successes at The Janus School. Taking his cue from Paul Newman, Rob is dedicated to replicating Newman's concept of giving away to charity all of the profits earned by his successful businesses. At The Janus School, where tuition currently hovers close to $26,000 per year, Blue Bandana’s mission is to dramatically increase the pool of financial aid available to make a Janus education within reach for everyone, not just for those who can afford it.
